Recently refurbished from the disused Sherry's Furniture Factory, Scotstown Business Centre has been converted into a modern multi unit industrial and digital hub providing local business of all sizes with a dynamic and convenient place to trade.

There are 16 offices and 19 industrial units on site which are now currently fully occupied with over 20 businesses. Plans to make a futher 15 offices available are underway in our new Office Pod Park.

All the services you would expect from a modern business centre are available including high speed broadband, meeting rooms, canteens, 3 phase power, secure ample parking, loading facilities, cctv sercurity and monitored alarms.

Scotstown Business Centre serves as the commercial focal point for the local community with over 100 people working there daily and many more visiting for commercial trade. It has reenergised the premises and village and provides a wide variety of gainful employment for local families.
